The Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce will accept nominations through May 15 for annual awards honoring businesses and individuals.

The chamber will present Business of the Year awards to firms with fewer than 25 employees and those with more than 25 employees. The chamber also will present its Citizen of the Year award.

The award presentations are planned as part of the annual chamber banquet scheduled for June 11 at the Grand Junction Convention Center.

Nomination forms are available on the chamber website at https://gjchamber.org. Nominations also may be submitted directly to chamber staff.

Nominated businesses and individuals will be evaluated on the basis of why they deserve the awards and what they’ve done to make Grand Junction a stronger and more vibrant community.
