The Palisade Art Festival, an event featuring artists from around the country displaying a variety of work, is scheduled for Sept. 25 and 26.

The free festival is set for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days at Veteran’s Memorial Park on West Eighth Street.

Participating artists will display works in 13 fine art categories that include ceramics, painting, photography and sculpture.

The festival will offer a venue for artists to sell their works and patrons to meet artists, ask questions and learn more about their techniques.
