Bonnie Davis has joined the Palisade Area Chamber of Commerce as executive director.

Davis said she’s looking forward to talking to chamber members about want they want, maintaining chamber events and improving on how those events support the community.

Davis joined the chamber in the midst of the Palisade Peach Festival. “It is an honor to be part of a tradition that has been running for 52 years,” she said.

“I am grateful to the involved board of directors and our new assistant director, Hollie Butler, for a smooth transition as I come aboard. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Juliann Adams and Dixie Burmeister for stepping in with their wealth of knowledge of all things Peach Festival.”

Davis brings to her latest position experience in management and marketing as well as corporate event planning.
