Pinnacol Assurance gave more than $534,000 in grants in 2019 to programs promoting employee health safety, rehabilitative health and work force development, the Colorado workers’ compensation insurance carrier announced.
The Pinnacol Foundation awarded a total of nearly $475,000 in scholarships to 100 students across the state whose parents were seriously injured or killed in work-related accidents.
In addition, employees at Pinnacol Assurance donated more than $160,000 in a giving campaign in which the company matches contributions. Employees volunteered a total of nearly 4,750 hours during 2019.
