Powderhorn Mountain Resort has launched preseason pass sales with new partnerships offering discounts at six other Colorado ski areas.

“We are thrilled to offer three unique partnerships that allow our loyal guests to experience six major Colorado resorts, in addition to Powderhorn, featuring thousands of acres of winter fun,” said Daren Cole, the general manager at Powderhorn.

Preseason passes to Powderhorn will remain on sale through Nov. 15 and are available at remote pass sales locations in Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. Passes also may be purchased online through the Web site at www.powderhorn.com.

The passes offer the lowest prices for the upcoming season. Adult season passes start at $439.

In addition to skiing and snow board riding at Powderhorn on the Grand Mesa, those who purchase season passes will receive discounts to all four Aspen Skiing Company resorts as well as the Steamboat and Telluride resorts.

Powderhorn pass holders will be able to purchase a Classic Pass valid for skiing at Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. The pass offers a four-day option that allows purchasers to ski and ride for less than $50 a day, in addition to discounts on extension days and summer lift access.

Through an arrangement with Steamboat, Powderhorn pass holders will be eligible to purchase the Steamboat Five Pack for $149. The pass offers five unrestricted days of skiing and riding at Steamboat.

The partnership with Telluride allows Powderhorn passholders to purchase a pass for $169 offering three days of skiing and riding. The pass also offers a 20 percent discount off regular rates on additional days. Skiers and riders who complete the Powderhorn Learn To Ski and Ride instructional program are eligible for heavy discounts on additional lessons at Telluride.
