Brad McCloud has been promoted to western region director of EIS Solutions, a public affairs firm with offices in Grand Junction as well as Denver and Washington, D.C.
Seth Cahalan has joined EIS Solutions as an associate in the Grand Junction office.
McCloud has worked for EIS Solutions since 2011, most recently as senior project manager. He’s worked for energy and telecommunications firms, water districts and nonprofit groups on a variety of issues.
McCloud worked to defeat a ballot issue that would have increased setbacks for oil and natural gas development in Colorado and served as campaign manager of an initiative to increase the sales tax in Mesa County to generate additional funding for public safety. He also led efforts to expand a Western Colorado coal mine.
“Brad has been a vital member of the EIS team for many years, and we are proud to have him lead our Grand Junction office as the company has grown to become the leading public affairs firm in the American West,” said Tim Pollard, a principal of EIS.
Josh Penry, another principal at EIS, also praised McCloud. “For the tough fights and challenging projects in Western and rural Colorado, there is no one better to call on that Brad McCloud. His expertise, experience and extensive network of civic, business and political leaders are an unparalleled resource for our clients.”
Cahalan has supported a range of projects and campaigns for corporate, nonprofit and political candidates.
