Pat Stull and Wendy Elliott have joined Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction.
Stull brings to his duties more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including land development, luxury home sales and purchases and new construction.
While living in Durango for more than 20 years, Stull was involved in the Durango Chamber of Commerce, Homebuilders of Southwest Colorado and La Plata Economic Partners. He also served as a director on the board of the United Way.
“I have always been an advocate for my clients and believe that honesty and excellent communication build the foundation of a strong partnership,” Stull said. “I’m looking forward to making Grand Junction home and helping new buyers and sellers with their real estate goals.”
Elliott brings to her position 10 years of experience selling real estate in the Grand Valley. She’s earned the Premier Service Diamond Elite Award and Certified Negotiation Expert designation. She also managed along with her husband a New Mexico cattle ranch.
Mike Burkhard, sales manager at Bray Real Estate, said Elliott constitutes a good addition for the firm. “We are excited to have her energy and multitude of talents here. She’s a perfect fit for Bray.”
