Isabel Borman, a broker associate with Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction, has been elected to the board of RiversEdge West.
Formerly called the Tamarisk Coalition, RiversEdge West was founded in 1999. The organization works to restore river side landscapes as well as address problems associated with such invasive plants as tamarisk and Russian olive, including habitat fragmentation and decreased biodiversity.
“As a river lover and steward of the environment, I feel that joining the board of RiversEdge West will be a good fit in allowing me to positively impact our local communities,” Borman said.
