Real estate broker awarded for advocacy efforts

Lois Dunn

Lois Dunn, broker of Invest in Colorado West in Grand Junction, has received the William Reid “Bill” Good Memorial Award from the Colorado Association of Realtors.

The award honors Colorado real estate professionals for advocating for private property and water rights through political and legislative involvement.

Dunn serves as chairwoman of the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association government affairs committee. She also served on the Colorado Association of Realtors legislative policy committee and has served for 10 years as federal political coordinator for U.S. Rep. Scott Tipton on the National Association of Realtors.

“This is an amazing honor to be recognized for work on the committee with so many Realtors I admire,” Dunn said. “Legislation supporting private property rights and homeownership has been my passion for the 40 years I have been in the real estate profession.”
