Toni Heiden and Kathy Tomkins were honored as the top-performing agents for July at Heiden Homes Realty in Grand Junction.

Heiden, owner and broker of the firm, posted the highest dollar volume in sales for the month. Heiden and Tomkins tied for the most closed transactions.

Heiden brings to her duties more than 40 years of experience in the Western Colorado real estate market. She’s active in the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association.

Tomkins previously owned a mobile home supply and heavy equipment construction company, served as a general contractor and started a gravel pit.
