Real Estate West has completed the move to a new location at 601 N. First St. in Grand Junction.

Orrin Thompson, broker owner, and Heidi Elder, employing broker, said the move to a renovated building that previously housed a Pizza Hut restaurant, will enable them to expand the operation and add to the 16 agents who already work with Real Estate West.

Thompson and Elder said the move also will allow them to expand a mentoring program for new agents and offer additional classes. Real Estate West offers resources to those considering a career in real estate.

Thompson and Elder said they’re excited to move the operation to the downtown.

An open house is planned for February.
