Britni Schneider has joined Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction as a broker associate.

Bobby Boe, also a broker associate with the firm, has earned designation as an Accredited Land Consultant.

“My focus is helping buyers and sellers get where they need and want to be by educating them about the local market and being available for them,” Schneider said.

The Realtor Land Institute awards the ALC designation to professionals who complete an educational program and demonstrate their performance in land sales.

“Having the ALC designation gives me the knowledge I need to close deals and deliver professional service to my clients,” Boe said.
