The Christi Reece Group has moved into a new downtown Grand Junction location and launched a program to give back to the community.
The Christi Reece Group has relocated to 128 N. Fifth St. While renovations won’t be complete until late February, the real estate firm will operate out of temporary quarters downstairs.
Once completed, the renovations will reflect the character of the historic building while featuring new brand colors, Reece said. “We are so excited to host our clients for happy hour events on the patio this summer.”
The Christi Reece Group also has launched the Circle Fund and will donate 2 percent of revenue to nonprofit organizations in the area. Clients who buy and sell homes with the Christi Reece Group will vote each quarter on a nonprofit organization to receive the funding.
“Each year during our team retreat, we revisit and update our core values. We thought long and hard this year about how we could be more, do more and give more. And with that, the idea of the Circle Fund was born,” Reece said. “Each agent volunteers 2 percent of their earned revenue to the fund. It’s a simple concept that, we believe, will revolutionize the value of the real estate transaction. As an independent, innovative team, we’re thrilled to be able to do this.”
In addition to Reece, the Cristi Reece Group is comprised of Sonia Gutierrez, Suzanne Hanzl, Karen McLean-Wilson, Chris Myers, Seth Roybal, Christina Sadler, Kerry Seriani, Jen Taylor and Mike Tofel. For more information, call 589-7700 or visit the website at www.christireece.com.
