Real estate firm announces partner promotion

Theresa Pemberton has been promoted to partner of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, a real estate firm serving the Grand Valley as well as resort markets in Steamboat Springs and Vail in Colorado and Sun Valley in Idaho.

Pemberton joined Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties in 2009 after working 10 years as an office and marketing manager and bookkeeper for Classic Realty. In her position as director of operations and finance with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, she oversees the operation of five offices and the rental division as well as bookkeeping, listings, marketing, transactions and training.

Pemberton also brings to her work more than 20 years of experience in advertising, customer service and marketing with Thrifty- PayLess Drug Stores.

Pemberton holds a master’s of business administration degree from the American Graduate School of International Management.
