A real estate company has hired two directors who work in offices in Grand Junction as well as two resort markets in Colorado.
Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties has hired Keith Everitt as managing director of its Grand Junction office and Michael Taylor as director of business development for offices serving Steamboat Springs and Vail.
“Keith is a tremendous asset to our team,” said Todd Conklin, owner and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties.
Everitt brings to his new duties more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He previously worked as team leader and chief executive officer of Keller Williams Colorado West Realty in Grand Junction, where he recruited, coached and consulted with agents in the Grand Valley.
Taylor brings to his duties more than two decades of experience as a broker, consultant, contractor and developer. He founded and managed several real estate and construction companies and directed the design, development and construction of more than $250 million worth of commercial and residential real estate. Taylor is licensed in Colorado as well as California and Massachusetts as a real estate broker and also is licensed in California as a general engineering and building contractor.
Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and a master of management degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
“Michael is a wonderful addition to our team,” Conklin said.
