Toni Heiden was honored as the top-performing agent for December at Heiden Homes Realty in Grand Junction.

Heiden, owner and broker of the firm, posted the most closed transactions and highest combined dollar volume for the month.

She has worked in the real estate industry for more than 40 years and received the emeritus designation from the National Association of Realtors. She recently was named Realtor of the Year by the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association.
