Two real estate professionals and a mortgage originator have earned annual awards from the Grand Junction Area Realtors Association.
Tony Perry received the Realtor of the year award, while Davienne Jacobson won the rookie of the year award and Kelly Romatzke was named affiliate of the year.
“All three of these people are valuable assets to the Grand Junction Realtor community. They were selected not only for their success in business, but also for going beyond the call of duty for our community,” said Linda Romer Todd, chairman of the association.
Perry, with Frontline Properties, has worked in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and served as chairman of the GJARA professional standards committee for more than 20 years.
Jacobson, a residential agent with Bray Real Estate, relocated to Grand Junction in 2010 and earned her Colorado real estate license shortly afterward.
Romatzke, a senior mortgage originator with Major Mortgage, has more than 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
