Bill Wagner, a broker who operates BW Fine Properties, will serve as chairman of the Grand Junction Area Realtors Association.

The leadership team for the organization for the upcoming year also includes Lori Wood, broker and owner of Graystone Group, chairman elect; Janell Gear, broker and owner of Gear and Associates Realty, treasurer; and Lynn Gillespie, an agent with RE/MAX Two Rivers Realty, past chairwoman.
