John Duffy, a broker associate with Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation.
Realtors must complete advanced training and demonstrate achievement in residential real estate to earn the CRS designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Only 29,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the credential, less than 3 percent of all Realtors.
“As much as I value the CRS designation, what really matters to me are the letters of recommendation that come from my customers after I have helped them buy or sell a home,” Duffy said. “Those are the letters that tell me I’m on the right track and reassure future customers that I will do a great job for them.”
Robert Bray, chief executive officer of Bray Real Estate, praised Duffy. “We are very proud of John for achieving this designation. And after seeing him action over the years at Bray, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.”
