Refinishing firm opens in Grand Valley

N-Hance Wood Renewal, a national franchise specializing in refinishing hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets, has opened a location in Grand Junction.

As part of a national partnership with Home Depot, N-Hance Wood Renewal has a presence in the home improvement store located at 2436 F Road.

N-Hance cleans, repairs and renews wood floors, cabinets, trim and furniture, in turn saving customers time and money over replacements or traditional refinishing.

“One advantage that really sets us apart from our competitors is that we can, in most cases, begin a wood renewal process when the customer goes to work in the morning and have it completed by the time they get home,” said Jon Reid, owner of the N-Hance location in Grand Junction.

Reid’s franchise has a presence in three Home Depot stores.

“Homeowners are always amazed at the quality of the results accomplished in such a short amount of time,” Reid added. “In addition to the cost, time and convenience perks of N-Hance’s services, there is also a green aspect.”

N-Hance uses proprietary chemical abrasion and refinishing techniques that require no sanding, producing less dust and mess. The company’s Lightspeed Instant-Cure wood refinishing technology shortens the refinishing process while reducing odor.

N-Hance is the only wood finishing service with a presence in Home Depot stores. About a third of customer leads for local franchises are generated by their presence in the home improvement retailer.

Founded in 2001 and based in Utah, N-Hance Wood Renewal operates a total of more than 400 franchises across the United States and Canada with a presence in more than 1,500 Home Depot stores.
