Registration under way for Administrative Professionals Day event

Registration is under way for an annual Administrative Professionals Day event in Grand Junction.

Bill Beausay, an author, professional speaker and trainer, will present a seminar and workshop titled “Conquering Obstacles With Passion and Purpose.”

The Book Cliff Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals has scheduled the Administrative Professionals day event for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 27 at Two Rivers Convention Center, 159 Main St. in Grand Junction.

Admission for IAAP members is $35 for the lunch, seminar and workshop. Others will pay $70 for the lunch, seminar and workshop, or $35 for the lunch and seminar.

Beausay, former director of research and development at the Academy of Sports Psychology, has written nearly 20 books. More than 1 million copies of his books, which include three national bestsellers, have been distributed around the world. In addition, he has conducted presentations, sales training and symposiums for dozens of Fortune 500 firms and numerous other organizations.

In Grand Junction, Beausay will help seminar and workshop participants to create and focus on their visions, control themselves in simple and practical new ways and align themselves inside and out. The seminar and workshop are designed to help participants gain control of important phases of their lives.
