Rocky Mountain Health Plans has earned two awards for educational and community relations campaigns.
The Grand Junction-based health care benefits provider received the awards at the Colorado Healthcare Communicators awards dinner in Denver. A panel of marketing and public relations experts selected the winners.
Rocky Mountain Health Plans won a Gold Leaf award for its “Make the rest of your life the best of your life” health education campaign. The award was presented in the category for marketing collateral with a budget under $10,000.
The campaign encouraged Rocky Mountain Health Plans members to seek preventive care and take steps to remain healthy.
“We worked hard to create something that our members can easily understand while conveying the importance of preventive care,” said Kayla Arnesen, director of marketing and communications at Rocky Mountain Health Plans. “We are gratified that the judges recognized the passion, teamwork and ingenuity that are reflected in these award-winning entries.”
Rocky Mountain Health Plans also earned a Bronze Leaf Award for ongoing community relations for its “Call First” campaign.
