Michael Burkhard, sales manager at Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction, has been named president-elect of the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Burkhard was among the officers, directors and regional vice presidents elected for terms in 2018 during recent meetings in Chicago. Burkhard is scheduled to serve as president in 2019.
Burkhard has been involved in CRS leadership and served as president of the Colorado CRS. The council awards the CRS designation to real estate professionals who’ve completed training and demonstrated achievement in residential real estate sales.
“We are very proud of Mike and his involvement in CRS. He is a huge asset to us at Bray, and his leadership and professionalism will make him an incredible president of CRS in 2019,” said Robert Bray, chief executive officer of Bray Real Estate.
