Michael Burkhard, sales manager at Bray Real Estate in Grand Junction, has been selected to serve on an advisory committee for the National Association of Realtors.
Merrite Wyatt, a broker associate with Bray Real Estate, has earned the certified residential specialist designation from the Residential Real Estate Council.
Burkhard will serve on the 2019 institute advisory committee for the NAR. Members of the committee were selected for their dedication to the real estate industry, professional experiences and vision for the NAR.
Wyatt completed advanced training and demonstrated achievement in residential real estate sales to earn the CRS designation. Less than 3 percent of Realtors nationwide have earned the credential. “CRS classes help expand my knowledge and skills so that I can do the best possible job for my clients,” he said.
