Mesa County School District 51 has scheduled a career fair for Oct. 16. The fair is set for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 16 at R-5 High School at 455 N. 22nd St. in Grand Junction.

The event will offer information about job openings in teaching as well as custodial work, nursing, nutrition services and security. Student Transportation of America will offer information about openings for school bus drivers.

Participants should come prepared for job interviews and bring resumes, letters of interest and other materials to complete job applications.
