The Christi Reece Group hired a familiar face, Kerry Seriani, to take on a new role of development and builder coordinator at the real estate agency.

Seriani, a real estate administrative professional with more than six years of experience, left the Christi Reece Group a year-and-a-half ago to focus on her family, the agency said in a news release. From office management to transaction coordinator, she is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills and client-focused approach. Now, she will have a key role maintaining builder and developer relationships, providing project tracking and internal coordination for all new construction.

“We’re so excited to have Kerry back on the team,” CEO Christi Reece said. “Her experience, thoroughness and knowledge are a huge asset as we focus on new construction in the Grand Valley.”
