Natural Soda, a Rifle-based company that mines and produces sodium bicarbonate for a range of uses, has raised prices.

Brad Bunnett, president of Natural Soda, said pricing for all grades of sodium bicarbonate has increased $20 a ton. The increases are required to offset recent capital investments that support long-term growth for the operation, Bunnett said.

“We appreciate the support of our distributors and customers and look forward to supplying them with our high-quality, naturally occurring sodium bicarbonate for years to come,” he added.
