Zoup has added two toasted sandwiches to a menu that also includes soups and salads.
“These warm, toasted sandwiches are great on their own or paired with one of our soups. And they give our Zoup guests even more comfort on those chilly winter days,” said Eric Ersher, founder and chief executive officer of the chain of fast casual restaurants.
The Buffalo Chix sandwich features chopped chicken in a blend of ranch dressing, hot sauce, celery and Gorgonzola cheese layered between slices of cheddar cheese. The Hammy Sammy features thick-sliced Virginia ham combined with mellow cheddar cheese and a crisp dill pickle. Both sandwiches are toasted on stone-baked ciabatta bread. The GourmeltZ sandwiches will be available through April 1.
Zoup serves 12 soups on a rotating basis, including chicken potpie, lobster bisque and vegetarian split pea. Zoup also serves made-to-order salads and sandwiches. Soups are available in new quart-size containers that can be used for storing leftovers, reusing at home or taking hot soup to a loved one.
Zoup operates a total of more than 100 locations in the United States and Canada. In Grand Junction, Zoup is located at 644 North Ave. For more information, log on to www.zoup.com.
