A company that provides outsourced business services has announced plans to hire 150 temporary employees at its Grand Junction contact center.
Startek said the newly hired customer service representatives will provide inbound customer care on behalf of a global information services client.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Applicants also must pass a background check as well as assessments of their technology skills and customer service behaviors.
