Subaru dealership recognized for customer service

Grand Junction Subaru has been honored for a third straight year with the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award.

The award recognizes automotive dealerships in the United States and Canada for receiving customer reviews on indicating quality customer service.

“This award is a reflection of our team’s efforts to keep the customer experience at the forefront of everything we do. Our customers always come first. They are always our priority,” said Ron Bubar, owner of Grand Junction Subaru.

To qualify for a Consumer Satisfaction Award, dealers must receive at least 25 reviews in the previous calendar year on the website, an average consumer rating of four out of five calculated quarterly and a minimum of one review per quarter in the previous calendar year.

As an award winner, Grand Junction Subaru will receive recognition on the DealerRater website identifying the dealer for providing quality customer service.
