Subaru dealership wins customer service award

Grand Junction Subaru has earned a customer satisfaction award for a second straight year.

Grand Junction Subaru received the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award in recognition of customer reviews posted at www.DealerRater.com.

“Customer service is our top priority every day. We are committed to doing things right, and we always put our customers first,” said Ron Bubar, owner of Grand Junction Subaru. “This award is a reflection of our team’s efforts to keep the customer experience at the forefront of everything we do.”

To qualify for a Consumer Satisfaction Award, automotive dealers must receive at least 25 reviews during the previous calendar year with a minimum of one review per quarter and an average consumer rating of four on a scale of five calculated quarterly. Grand Junction Subaru received a 4.9 rating for 294 reviews. As a Customer Satisfaction Award winner, Grand Junction Subaru also receives recognition on the DealerRater Web site.
