Three members of what was the board of directors for First National Bank of the Rockies will join the board of directors for Bank of the San Juans.
Rick Brodie, Ron Danner and Butch Theos are expected to join the board at a meeting set for Oct. 21 in Meeker.
Brodie is a retired construction company executive in Steamboat Springs, Danner an optometrist in Craig and Theos a sheep rancher in Meeker.
Glacier Bancorp, a regional bank holding company based in Montana, acquired First National Bank of the Rockies earlier this year. FNBR subsequently was renamed and joined Bank of the San Juans, a division of Glacier Bancorp with a total of three locations in Durango and Pagosa Springs.
With the acquisition, Bank of the San Juans now operates 13 locations in Western Colorado, including four locations in Grand Junction. The bank has total assets of $550 million.
