Triple play: Restaurant offers soup flights

Just in time for the holidays, Zoup Eatery has added to its menu a flight of three soups served in a triple bread bowl.

Through Dec. 30, guests can order three, 4-ounce portions of soup served together for one price. Guests can choose any of the Zoup flavors, including fire-roasted tomato bisque, lobster bisque, old-fashioned chicken noodle, chicken tortilla, and broccoli cheddar. For an additional charge, guests can have their flight of soups served in a rustic Italian triple bread bowl seasoned with olive oil and sea salt.

“These limited-time flights are a fantastic way to sample our many different varieties of soup and maybe fall in love with a brand new favorite,” said Eric Ersher, founder and chief executive officer of Zoup Eatery. “Tripling the soup possibilities sparked our imagination for new ways to serve them as well, and we are especially excited to introduce our triple bread bowl for the holidays. It’s three times the fun, flavor and flair of our original bowl.”

There’s also a special treat for diners who purchase gift cards for their loved ones for the holidays. For every purchase of a $25 Zoup Eatery gift card through Dec. 30, guests receive an additional $5 gift card as a “thank you” gift. These $5 gift cards are valid through Feb. 15.

Zoup serves soups, salads and sandwiches, including 12 rotating varieties of soups. All menu items are available in catering sizes for groups of 10 or more

Since the fast-casual soup restaurant chain was founded in 1998, Zoup has expanded to a total of nearly 100 restaurants in the United States and Canada. In Grand Junction, Zoup is located at 644 North Ave. For more information, visit www.zoup.com.
