An upcoming webinar will offer information about employment in the clean technology sector in Colorado as well as efforts underway in Mesa County.

Jim Marshall, executive vice president of Raven Ridge Resources and cochairman of the Grand Junction Cleantech Business Coalition, will moderate the event.

Susan Nedell, mountain west advocate for Environmental Entrepreneurs, will detail the latest results of an annual analysis of the clean energy and energy efficiency  work force in Colorado. She’ll also review how the coronavirus pandemic has affected the sector.

Steve Jozefczyk, deputy director of the Grand Junction Economic Partnership,  will discuss how clean technology has become a target industry for economic development efforts in the region.

Marissa Adelstein, director of business development for s2e Technologies, will discuss a multi-family housing project under development in downtown Grand using solar power and other technologies to limit the carbon footprint.
