West Star Aviation has added to the services offered at its facility in Grand Junction. The company now offers certified installations of Winglet Technology transitional winglets for the Citation Sovereign model.
“We are dedicated to building on specialized capabilities for the Citation airframe, and this addition enhances the wide array of services available for the convenience and satisfaction of our Sovereign customers,” said Dave Krogman, general manager of West Star in Grand Junction.
Robert Kiser, president of Winglet Technologies, said the wingtip devices improve aircraft performance, including range, payload capacity and speed at altitude.
West Star Aviation provides maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services at facilities at the Grand Junction Regional Airport and Aspen-Pitkin County and Centennial airports in Colorado as well as at airports in Arizona, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas.
