Grande River Vineyards in Palisade once again will offer a benefit summer concert series with a total of eight performances scheduled for June, July and August.
The Hear it Through the Grapevine series is set to start June 29 and run through Aug. 15 at the winery, located just off exit 42 from Interstate Highway 70. Proceeds from ticket sales for each concert will benefit a Grand Valley organization.
Here’s what’s scheduled:
June 29: Frank Bregar Orchestra with Krystyn Hartman, benefitting the Western Slope Food Bank of the Rockies
July 6: Western Colorado Jazz Orchestra, benefitting the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra.
July 13: Quemando, benefitting Child & Migrant Services.
July 20: Stray Grass, benefitting the Roice-Hurst Humane Society.
July 27: John Adams — John Denver tribute, benefitting the Colorado State University Tree Fruit Research & Horticulture Society.
Aug. 3: Hazel Miller Band, benefitting Mesa County Partners.
Aug. 10: Boys of Summer — Eagles tribute band, benefitting Strive.
Aug. 15: Remus Tucker Band, benefitting the Palisade Chamber of Commerce.
Season tickets for all eight concerts sell for $143 and include early admission, a glass of wine, 10 percent off wine purchases and entry into an end-of-season drawing for a case of wine. Tickets for individual concerts also are available.
