Three workshops are planned as part of Write a Will Month to help participants make sure their wishes are carried out following their deaths.
The 90-minute workshops are set for 10:30 a.m. March 4 and 5:30 p.m. March 11 and 18 at the Mesa County Central Library at 443 N. Sixth St. in Grand Junction.
Workshop participants will learn about the importance of writing wills, how to avoid family disputes and ensure their personal and charitable wishes are carried out following death.
The workshops are sponsored as a public service by Mesa County Libraries; the Hoskin, Farina & Kampf law firm; Two Rivers Trust Co.; and members of the Mesa County Fundraisers Network.
The workshops are free and open to the public, but seating is limited. To register, call 243-4442 or register online at www.mesacountylibraries.org.
