Zoup has added family meals and a chilled avocado and jalapeno soup to its menu. The restaurant chain has also brought back for the summer a chilled vegetable soup as well as its mozzarella, tomato and basil sandwich.
Family meals combine soup, salads and sandwiches or power bowls to feed two, four or six people. The meals also come with bread and cookies. The new Avozpacho soup features fresh vegetables served in an avocado puree with roasted jalapenos and topped with sour cream and scallions.
The Simply Gazpacho offers fresh vegetables in a tomato broth with cilantro. The MTB sandwich comes with sliced mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil on stone-backed ciabatta bread.
“The MTB and the Simply Gazpacho were both big hits last year, so we are excited to bring them back this summer as a seasonal treat for our customers,” said Eric Ersher, founder and chief executive officer of Zoup. “The new chilled Avozpacho is a refreshing addition to our menu of delicious, fresh-made soups.”
