Rocky Mountain Health Plans is among the latest winners of an annual award recognizing business excellence and community service.

Dalby, Wendland & Co. presented Rocky Mountain Health Plans with its Spirit of Western Colorado Award at the annual meeting of the Grand Junction-based accounting firm.
