Art Center’s Holiday Art & Craft Fair returns Nov. 20-22

The Art Center of Western Colorado invites the community to celebrate at the 56th Annual Holiday Art & Craft Fair, a Grand Valley tradition featuring original artwork, handcrafted goods and one-of-a-kind gifts created by artists and makers from across the region.

The juried event returns November 20-22, transforming The Art Center into a marketplace filled with fine art, jewelry, ceramics, fiber arts, woodwork, home décor, wearable art and other handcrafted treasures. Every participating artist is selected through a competitive jury process, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience and a variety of original work.

“This event has become a holiday tradition for generations of Western Colorado families,” said Lee Borden, executive director of The Art Center. “For more than five decades, our community has gathered to support artists, find meaningful gifts, and celebrate the creativity that makes this region special.”

The weekend begins with an exclusive members’ preview reception Nov. 20, from 6 to 8 p.m., offering Art Center members the first opportunity to shop before the public sale opens. The fair opens to the public Nov. 21, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Nov. 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Proceeds from the event help support The Art Center’s exhibitions, educational programs and community-outreach initiatives. For more information, visit gjartcenter.org or call 970-243-7337.
