The City of Grand Junction is encouraging participation in its 2026 Community Survey, which is currently arriving in the mailboxes of 5,400 randomly selected households throughout the city.
Conducted every two years, the Community Satisfaction Survey provides feedback on community priorities, quality of life and satisfaction with city services. The results help inform strategic planning, budgeting, and future decision-making.
To ensure the survey results are reliable and accurately reflect the community, the city partners with RRC Associates, a Colorado-based research and consulting team with decades of experience conducting statistically valid surveys for local governments and organizations throughout the country.
This year, the survey includes questions about the future of Orchard Mesa Pool. The additional questions are intended to help City Council better understand community priorities and resident perspectives as it evaluates potential future investments and funding considerations related to the facility.
In the coming weeks, the City will launch a separate, open, community-wide survey that will provide all Grand Junction residents an opportunity to share their perspectives.
Once complete, survey findings will be reviewed by the Grand Junction City Council and staff and shared with the community.
