Dentist expands practice by offering treatments for headaches and jaw pain

A Grand Valley dentist has expanded his practice by offering treatments to patients suffering from headaches and jaw pain.

Gary Andreoletti opened the TMJ Migraine Therapy Center in conjunction with his dental practice in Fruita to diagnose and treat disorders related to the temporomandibular joints connecting the jawbone to the skull. Symptoms can include migraines, headaches and jaw pain.

“Today, damage, deterioration or imbalance of all individual components can be properly diagnosed, treated and often reversed — allowing patients to eliminate painful symptoms and enjoy long-lasting relief,” Andreoletti said. “Even in the worst cases, painful symptoms can often be greatly reduced or eliminated with a complete natural, non-medicated treatment program.”

Andreoletti said his program addresses imbalances among the muscles and joints of the jaw, head and neck;  the alignment of teeth as they come together to bite; and stress. Treatments are tailored to each patient and could include home care equipment and exercises as well as appliances that protect the mouth.

Andreoletti operates his practice at 576 Kokopelli Blvd, Suite B. For more information, call 858-4544 or log on to the website atwww.tmjmigrainetherapycenter.com.
