Jackson Oviatt has joined Spoons Bistro & Bakery in Grand Junction as executive chef.
Oviatt brings to his new duties varied experiences as a chef. He attended Western Colorado Community College and the Colorado Culinary Academy.
“Jackson is an incredible chef, and his passion for food shows with his work,” said Melissa Miller, general manager of Spoons Bistro & Bakery. “He has great interest in expanding our locally sourced fresh ingredients and showcasing his French fusion culinary style.”
