Heidi Jeanne Hess of Clifton has been re-appointed to the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. Hess, a Democrat and a member of the community at large on the commission, was re-appointed to four-year term. The commission investigates complaints and conducts hearings concerning alleged discrimination in employment as well as apprenticeships, on-the-job training and vocational schools.
